Are you afraid of being alone and find yourself constantly looking for someone, just for the sake of not feeling lonely?

Are you afraid of being invaded and find yourself avoiding relating and/or having multiple partners or lovers?

Do you feel you don't have what it takes to be loved by someone else?

We see this over and over and that's why we have decided to create this space to explore how to approach someone in a different, more conscious and loving way, to ourselves, and to others.

This workshop will bring light to the shadows that keep you away from connecting consciously to someone else. Together, we will embark on a weekend-long journey of exploration, teachings, deep connections to others that are also in this process, self-love and meditation.

The Facilitators

Bodhi Riccardo Di Russo

Inner seeker for over twenty five  years. After years of psychotherapy, bioenergetics and the world of Osho, he consolidated his personal growth and training with years of individual and group therapy, paying particular attention to emotional codependency and conscious relating.

He works with individuals and couples, supporting them on unhealthy relationships, man’s issues and the balance between masculine and feminine energy, couple intimacy, meditation, breath and body perception.

Vanina Kala Waizmann

Vanina Kala Waizmann holds a PhD. in Psychology,a Specialization in Individual and Group Psychotherapy, a Master’s Degree in Science in Nonprofit Management and numerous trainings in Meditation and Somatic Techniques, among others.

Supported by her studies, research and clinical experience, and inspired by her own personal spiritual journey, she spent the last 20 years working with individuals, couples and groups around the world, supporting them to thrive and evolve, free from blockages and constraints.

Her deep passion on the topics of healthy relating and codependency led her to want to create a space to learn how to date and relate consciously, and unlearn common things we do that do not support us or the relationship.
